Rijswijk, 28 August 2026 – Kiwa Group has signed an agreement with CSA Group to bring the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) business, led by CSA Group Testing & Certification Inc., into the Kiwa Group for an enterprise value of €1.3 billion.
